The M20 is a complete high resolution wireless audio system in two speakers. It's the most powerful and immersive way to enjoy music, movies and gaming sound anywhere in the home, drawing on the driver and cabinet technology from Q Acoustics' award winning passive speakers and wrapping it in an elegant, classic design.
At its core is advanced driver technology built for low distortion, accurate, immersive stereo. A 125mm mid/bass driver and rear firing reflex port in each cabinet combine for a sound of real balance and drive, while a decoupled 22mm tweeter minimises the internal vibrations that can spoil the detail. Built in amplification provides 64 watts of digital power, and the grille's curved contours are shaped to disperse tweeter activity and keep unwanted reflections to a minimum. Proprietary P2P (Point to Point) bracing keeps the cabinet exceptionally rigid for a focused, accurate stereo image.
Connectivity is where the M20 really opens up. Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD lets you stream high resolution audio wirelessly from a phone, tablet, laptop or streamer, while a USB connection unlocks full 24bit/192kHz playback from a computer. Digital optical, stereo RCA and a 3.5mm input cover your TV, games console, set top box, CD player or turntable (with a suitable phono preamplifier), and there's a subwoofer output when you want to shake the room.
Setup is simple. You can designate either speaker as the left or right channel, and an EQ switch tells the system whether each speaker sits in a corner, against a wall or in free space so it can optimise the sound for the room.
Frequency response runs from 55Hz to 22kHz with a 2.4kHz crossover. Each cabinet measures 279mm high by 170mm wide by 296mm deep.
